I am a self-taught photographer with over five years' experience. I study English at the University of Alberta and work at the Gateway as Photo Editor. When I am not making pictures, I enjoy reading, travel, exceptionally good and exceptionally awful coffee, skiing, and motorsports.
I shoot predominantly with Nikon DSLRs. Occasionally I use a Bronica ETRSi 645 medium-format film SLR, although it's clunky and turnaround is slow, so it is usually saved for special projects. I shoot video with a Panasonic DVX and a Nikon D90. I shoot in RAW and process my photos with Adobe Photoshop CS5.
